Since 2011, Leadeur has established a young professional programme aiming at training and helping young graduates and young professionals undergoing career reorientation discover European affairs.

With this programme, Leadeur wants to transmit its knowledge and values to the future generation through a practical approach, based on field experience and direct interaction with EU professionals.

Trainees join Leadeur for a 6 month period to work on policy analysis and monitoring, fundraising, intelligence gathering, and engagement with EU institutions. They work under the supervision of one of the consultants and benefit from coaching from the Executive Director.
